UNEMPLOYED FUNDS
STREET COLLECTION TO-DAY A street collection, run under the advice of a committee combining tile unemployed organisation and the City Council is being made in Auckland to-day. This being the first collection for some weeks the collectors appeared to be securing a good response, and it is hoped to secure a sufficient fund to enable the committee to alleviate the worst cases, pending further relief and other work.
