COROMANDEL OLD BOYS
BIRTHDAY SOCIAL To celebrate the 86th birthday of Mr. F. Juene, an old Coromandel resident, the Old Coromandel Boys’ and Girls’ Association held a social and dance last night in the Ponsonby Hall. The attendance was a record for the club’s functions. The president of the association presented Mr. Juene with a framed birthday card illustrated with views of the Coromandel, district. Items were given by Misses M. Kerswell and R. Willis and Mr. Persulove. Dancing was enjoyed until a late hour.
