SIX SERIOUS CHARGES

Press Association. ELTHAM, Thursday. In th Elth°m Magistrate’s Court today Albert \ rgan Conroy, of Hawera, pleaded not CT uilty to four charges of attempted indecent assault, two charges of indecent assault, and a charge of attempted suicide. The names of the parties concerned were ordered to be suppressed, and the court was cleared. Defence was reserved, and the accused was committed to the Supreme Court at New Plymouth for trial on November 22. Bail was refused.
