FUNCTION AT AVONDALE The function at which the Rev. Alfred Drake and Mrs. -Drake were accorded a welcome to Avondale and the Rev. Mr. Grace was given a farewell attracted a large gathering of parishioners. Apart from the dual purpose mentioned, the promise of an interesting evening’s entertainment, with consideration for both old and young, swelled the numbers.
