STOLE FROM MOTOR-CAR Th« rug that John O’Brien stole yesterday will not be much use to him—he i 3 in gaol now. O’Brien nodded assent when he was asked in the Police Court to-day if he admitted guilt. Sub-Inspector Lewin said that a constable saw accused with the rug in Victoria Street yesterday. After being questioned he confessed that he had taken it from a motor-car. •He has a list,” said the sub-inspec-tor, “ancl he got three months last November.”
