Lang, has announced that ■he dissolution of Parliament will “L place on September 7. Polling will be October 8, and the new parliament will probably meet on Norember 1. Definite steps toward the formadon of a new party, composed of members of the Parliamentary Labour Party who failed to secure selection, have been taken, though no finality will be reached till next week, then a short sharp campaign against the supporters of Mr. Lang will be instituted.
