PAPAKURA The second round of the championship and the final round of the Parker and McLennan trophies will be played next Saturday. The draw is as follows: Elliott v. Smith, McLennan v. Jones. Chapman v. Pavitt, Busing v. Naylor, Spencer v. Williamson (a bye), Gilmore v. R. Spencer, Johnstone v. A. N. other, Tiiston v. Elliott. The club has now a 12-hole course, three new holes having been added last week. They are in a good position on a dry area, with natural bunkers, and of sufficient difficulty to add considerable interest to the round. The various lengths are 285, 315 and 92 yards, which give opportunity for skilful play and variety of shots. The following is the draw for the Canadian foursome to be played on Saturday next:—Meek and Niccolls play Goldwater and Richardson; C. W. Garrard and Hunter play Lilly and Rath bone: Rawlinson and Wolfgram play Snedden and L. Harrison; Brookfield and Miller play Ralfe and Gregory; Russell and Pavitt play Macfarlane and Saunders; Duthle and Bradley play Rendall and G. KissllngKeys and Katterfeldt play Faram and P. White; H. Goodwin and Whitley play E. Hutchison and Bastow.
