Luther Reed, director of Florence Vidor in “The World At Her Feet,” a Paramount picture, was a scenarist when he was given the opportunity to direct Adolphe Menjou in “The Ace of Cads.” He followed up this success with “New York.” and “Evening Clothes,” starring Adolphe Menjou.
