PAPATOETOE CROQUET CLUB

ANNUAL MEETING The annual meeting of the Papatoetoe Croquet Club was held in the club’s pavilion on Saturday, July 23, when Mrs. R. McCullough, president of the club, occupied the chair. There was a good attendance of members. The annual report was read and adopted, and dealt fully with the past year’s work, and general progress of the club. The balance sheet was read and adopted as submitted, and showed the finances of the club to be in a very satisfactory condition. The election of officers for the ensuing year resulted as follows: President, Mrs. R. McCullough; vicepresidents, Mrs. J. Daisley and Miss Hamilton; secretary, Mrs. T. R. Smytheman: treasurer, Mrs. F. E. Carr; committee, Mesdames W. Knight, G. Foster, Bewes, W. Brown, and Cutforth
