NEW ZEALANDER’S CLAIM MINING MAGNATE’S WILL By Cable. —Press Association.—Copyright NEW YORK, Saturday. A message from Helena. Montana, says the legal adviser of Mrs. Catherine O’Connor, of Wellington. New Zealand, is claiming a share in the millions of the late Senator William A. Clark, a mining magnate. He says his client’s father, Robert Clark, was a brother or an uncle of the deceased. Mrs. O’Connor is not likely to benefit even if her relationship should be proved, as the estate was distributed according to the will of the deceased. —A. and N.Z.
