LAMBING SEASON

RECORD AT CAMBRIDGE

The lambing season has already commenced in the Cambridge district. One of the leading farmers in that favoured district, Mr. W. Vosper, has already between 200 and 300 beautiful lambs on his firm. The lambs are extremely healthy, and the mortality thus far lias been exceedingly light. Mr. Vosper has docked 150 lambs already He hopes to have at least 1,000 fat lambs leady tor the market early in Novemkefi *° reach ‘he Home markets for Christmas. Local sheep farmers are delighted with the record percentage ot lambs this season, due very largely to the exceptionally favourable weather experienced in autumn and lignt up to the present time.
