RULE RELAXED

COUNCIL’S CONCESSION When the City Council’s Finance Committee recommended last night the granting of the Choral Society’s application for the use of the Town Hall on Saturday, August 13, Cr. L. A. Eadie pointed out that it had been earlier laid down that the hall could be rented on a Saturday night only if it had been booked for a full week.
