THE Union Company advise that owing to the R.M.S. Makura having sprung several rivets during her trip from Sydney to Wellington, her departure for San Francisco via ports has been postponed until noon to-morrow. Mails for this vessel will now close at the G.P.O. at 5.30 p.m., to-day.
