LABOUR PARTY’S ACTION Press Association. DUNEDIN, To-day. At the last meeting of the Otago Labour Council an overwhelming majority of the delegates decided that the action of the National Executive of the New Zealand Trades and Labour Councils’ Federation, in merging with the New Zealand Alliance of Labour without a mandate from the majority of its affiliations was unconstitutional, and that the National Executive be instructed to withdraw from the Alliance.
