THE HOWARD LEAGUE AUCKLAND BRANCH FORMED The question of the formation of an Auckland branch of the Howard Penal F .form League was sufficient to attract a large attendance of those interested to a meeting held in the Y.M.C.A. last evening, Mr. C.
