CREDITORS SYMPATHETIC (From Our Own Correspondent J STRATFORD, Wednesday. It is not often that a nurse seeks protection in the Bankruptcy Court, but the licensed owner of a maternity home in Stratford has just done so, the deficiency being set down at £216 18s lOd. Her failure was due to the competition of the hospital annexe. She was Unable to keep acounts paid up and suffered from failing health. None of her creditors turned up to the meeting. As a matter of fact, several sympathised with the nurse to such an extent that they wrote the amount of the indebtedness off their books.
