STRONG COMPETITION Messrs. Dalgety and Company, Limited, report having received the following cablegram from their London House dated 23rd instant: The London wool sales continue with competition strong. Compared with opening rates greasy Merino, scoured x-bred and coarse and medium slipe wools are rather higher. Second Merino greasy x-bred and fine slipe wools are unchanged. $ WOOL SALES ENGLISH PRICES Received 7.50 a.m. LONDON.- Wednesday. At the English wool sale New Zealand prices were: Tutiti 17£d to 16id: Tautane, ISJd to 16£d; Awhea, 18d~ A. and N.Z.
