KEMPTHORNE PROSSER’S, LTD. Despite the fact that the paid-up capital has been increased by over one-fourth during the past two years, Kempthorne, Prosser and Co. can still afford, for the fourth consecutive year, to pay out a dividend of 10 per cent. Within the same period reserves, materially assisted by the premium on the shares issued, have advanced by nearly £50,000.
