A READY SPENDER

Received 5.50 a.m. LONDON. Wednesday. Inheriting £120,000 from an uncle in December, 1919, Major Vernon Albert 3radshaw admitted in the Bankruptcy Court that his present deficiency was £14,929. He said that he lost £87.000 in motor companies, £6,000 in a dance club and theatrical ventures, and spent £24.000 on household expenses during the past three years. He admitted that his failure was due to extravagance.—A. and N.Z.
