MANUKAU CRUISING CLUB ANNUAL REGATTA abo \‘‘, c . : ” hold its annual Pegatta, which was postponed from February 26, next Saturday afternoon, March -t>. Should the weather be favourable the Auckland Rowipg Club Will row a series of races. These events will mark the first appearance of fouroar boats on the Manukau. Swimming, model yacht, and dinghy Faces, with some side-shows, will be held on the foreshore. The yacht and launch races have drawn good entries and the following are the handicaps i£ Ver o l*/ 1 —Sylvia scr, Valdora urnin, Maidie 2, Mystery 2, Myra 2J Sea s®*; se , Champagne 2i, Limelight 3, Hetty 3, Florence 4}. All start off handicaps, the limit boat at 2.45 p.m. Boats 14ft and under—Lone Star scr Betty lmin, Seji Pixie 2, June 4, Daphne a. Avis 10, Emerald 11, Sea Pearl 13 Sea Urchin 15. Start off handicaps, the limit boat at 2.15 p.m. * Launches—Naughty Girl scr, Moth 4min, Valencia b, Pal-o’-Mine 8, Miharo 16, Leila 17, Regal lij, Mermakl 20, Verdi 24, Salome 26, Grace 34, Tawera 34. This race will count points. The usual course for all races will be followed.
