WHEN CARS CHANGE HANDS
"Unfortunately a lot of persons who dispose of cars and motor-cycles think that if they hand over the registration papers to the new owner their responsibility ends there.” said Senior-Ser-geant Edwards in the Magistrate’s Court this morning, when four motorists were prosecuted for failing to notify the change of ownership. James M. Clrieve and Albert A. Jefferies were each let off on payment of costs 10s. George Stuart was fined 10s with 22s costs, and R. B. Shaw, 5s with 16s costs.
