Mr Gerard '(Ambassador) had luncheon with Count Bernstorff. It is understood they exhaustively discussed German-American relations previous to Mr Gerard’s return to Berlin.
The United Press announces that Mi Gerard will carry America’s last word ou submarining, including a notice that there will h e no more waiting. Tf there arc' further violations of Germany’s pledges, America will break relations.
