Press Association—Copyright, Austra-
lian and N.Z. Cable Association. London, November 11
The Morning Post’s Athens correspondent reports that the German Minister’s ultimatum states Germany will regard any Greek cession of war material to the Allies for the use of the Nationalist army as a casus belli. The Neahellas states that- Germany has placed £-10,000 sterling at the disposal of King Constantine for the Angeliki and Kiktishais victims, with a view to eliding the maritime strike. Diplomats observe the utmost secrecy as to the Anglo-French Note. M. Lambros admitted there would lie an unpleosant sequel unless the negotiations achieved a compromise. It is understood the Anglo-French Note demanded that the Austro-Gennan Ambassadors should leave Athens.
