DUNEDIN RACES. Per Press Association. Dunedin, October 13. The Dunedin Jockey Club’s Spring meeting opened in fine weather, the course being good. Results:— ’ Spring Hurdles, of 150 sovs, 1;| miles.—Rongahere (11.7) 1, Kowhai (9.13) 2, Kingsway (10.2) 3. All started. Won byo a bare length. Time 3.24. Dunedin Maungatua Handicap, of 100 sovs, seven furlongs.—Rose Pink (8.1) 1, Money Maker (8.0) 2, Moidant (8.9) 3. Won by half a length. The Stakes, of 400 sovs, four furlongs.—Trcntham Rose (7.9) 1, Claverhousc (8.0) 2, Kilbray (8.0) 3. Scratched: Mentmore, Kilbrush, Kilmeedy, Full Bloom. Won by a short neck. Time 51sec.
