1 Per Press Association. Napier, September 2. The Chief Justice (His Honor Sir Robert Stqut) sentenced Thomas Albert Rafter to 18 months' reformative treatment, on a charge of obscene exposure. Auckland, September 1. Norman Selwyn Connolly, charged with attempted rape, was sentenced to three years' imprisonment with hard labour and one year hard for breaking his probation, the sentences to be concurrent. ~.,... ... ~.. ,
