TELEPHONES ; Cnarges.—At Ijxcnanges continuous ly open—Business establishments. £7 ; private residences, £5 per annum. Exchanges not continuously open, an equal charge ot £5. Telephone Exchanges at Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, Dunedin. Invercargili. Napier, Hastings, Palinerston North, and Wan gaum are open all day and all night.
