TURKS REINFORCEMENTS HELD UP. Cairo, August 9. Turkish reinforcements,' which were on route to Medina to cope with the Arab rebellion, were held up thirty miles north of Medina, owing to the destruction of tho railway. The Grand Sheriff’s possession of \ambo is barring tho Red Sea route.
