BRITISH DISPERSE BULGARIAN PATROLS. Salonika, August 9. The British dispersed Bulgarian patrols west of Doiran, after bomb and bayonet fighting on Monday night. This was the . first encounter between the British and Bulgarians for many months. Mr Ward Price, at Serbian headquarters, states that the Serbs hold a sector on a most difficult mountain front, two thousand feet high, disuniting the peaks with the Bulgarians. They have driven out 'the Bnlgars from various positions on the Karadjover mountain, showing their old ighting qualities.
