imperial challenge shield.

At the school gymnasium yesterday afternoon, a squad of the local High School Cadets fired off for the Imperial Challenge Shield, which is a competition for boys of the British Empire. Lieutenant Gray acted as superintendent, Lieutenant Richardson range official, and Lieutenant Bowler was also in attendance on be* half of the Cadets. The shooting was excellent, particularly in the rapid firing, considering the circumstances under which the boys were trained. The total score was 554, out of a possible of 1000.
