Winter Hack Handicap, of lOOsovs, 1J miles.—St. Omer (10.6) 1, Maraetotara (9.6) 2, Amity (9.0) 3. Scratched : Black Powder. Won by a length. Time, 2.17. Hawke’s Bay Hurdles- of JOOsivs, two miles.—Pursefiller \l V 8) 1, Styiax (11.2) 2, Glenorchy (9.10) 3) All started. Pursefiller led all the way. Won by two lengths. Time, 2.59 1-5. \ Steeplechase, of 500 sovs, 3 miles.— Fagot (10.6) 1, Vascular (10.0) 2, Lady Bibbero (9.7) 3. All started. Glenmore and Bravest fell. Sarn Pan pulled up after the first round. It was a great race. Won by a length. Time, 6.45.
