COLLUSION WITH THE ENEMf.
[Unitbp Pkebb Association. I
London, June 22. • j Semi-Official:--The' Entente’s Note ( to Greece states: — , Firstly: That the three guaranteeing Powers do not require Greece to abandon her neutrality, the proof whereof has been put by the demand for demobilisation first, but there are certain complaints about Greece’s failure to observe a loyal neutrality,
which reached a climax with the Bulgarian Army’s entry into Greece. Secondly: Greece’s constitution has not been observed, as the Chamber does not reflect the true opinion of the electors.
Thirdly: The Entente protests against the tyranny of the gendarmerie and the violation of the people’s liberties, for which the guaranteeing powers are responsible.
The Note states that there is evidence of collusion by the present Cabinet with the Allies’ enemies. This called for firm action, and a guarantee for neutrality.
