morning bombarded the Cennan station at Vigueulles Les Hattonebattel, which serves the region of the Calonne trench, and also the forest of Apremont, where important stores, particnlaraly munitions, wore concentrated. The aviators dropped 171 shells, which created several lires. They were' heavily bombarded, but all returned. VENICE BOMBARDED. LITTLE DAMAGE RECORDED. WOMAN PINNED TO PAVEMENT. (Received 9 a.in.) Rome, July Id. An aeroplane bombed Venice on Sunday, damaging two liouses and injuring two women and a child. The raiders almost hit Ddgtfs Palace. They dropped darts, one of- which pinned a woman’s foot to the pavement.
