A BRIBE TO ROUMANIA. United Press Association. London, July 12. Austria has offered to cede Roumania a portion of Bukn ina in return for neutrality, and would add the retrocession of Bessarabia if Ronmania will intervene on behalf of Jnstiia. Amsterdam, July 13. The Frankfurter Zeitung attacked Ronmania. for holding up war material for Germany and Turkey, and concludes with a veiled threat to Roumania.
The Tages Zeitung declares that Ronmania is no longer neutral. It permits transportations of munitions and food to Serbia, while putting obstacles in the way of supplies for Turkey. Her chance for maintaining relations with Austro-Germany will lie lost if she is careful. KING FERDINAND IN DANCER. ! London, July 13. The Daily Mail’s Sofia correspondent seys that two men have boon sentenced to death for attempting King 1 e clmand'* 1 life. This is the first intimation of any attempt being made.
