Passengers on the steamer Grampian report sighting off the Irish coast trawlers towing towards the land a capsized German submarine. London, June 29.
The barque Dunfriesshire, from San Francisco to Dublin with wheat, was torpedoed. The crew was landed at Milford Haven.
