A BULGARIAN OPINION. Times and Sydney Sun Service. (Received 8.0 a.m.) London, June 29. Le Matin says: 'The Bulgarian deputy, Kalmcheff, an intimate friend of the Bulgarian Premier, declared that Bulgaria made a mistake in fighting Turkey in 1912, but has now revolted to a national, policy, the basis of which is friendship with Turkey.
