ALLEGED LIBEL. MOST MODERN THREE "R'S." UNITPn PKCM ASSOCIATION. (Received 9.15 a.m.) Melbourne June 21. Alfred Farthing, a member of the Legislative Assembly, claims £SOOO damages from Henry AVorrall, Minister. He allages that a libel wa s contained in the words: "1 have no hesitation in saying Farthing secured his seat by three 'lt's': 'Rascality, Hum and Rome.' "
