BARNES-ROOSEVELT LIBEL CASE.
Unhid Pbksb Association, (Received 1.50 p.m.) New York, May 21. In the Barnes-Roosevelt libel action, the jury returned a verdict for Roosevelt. and provided that costs be equally divided. As the Court was unable to agree to the proviso, the jury returned to reconsider their verdict.
