JUSTIFIABLE HOMICIDE.

Perth, April 27. In regard to the deaths of several aborigines at the beginning of the month, and in connection with which the police arrested Michael Khatigan, a telegraph lineman, Turkey Creek, the jury on Saturday decided that he was not guilty. A'verdict of justifiable homicide was also returned in respect to the shooting of Joe Wynne. The jury added a rider commending Constable Cullen for the promptness displayed by him, as Wynne was considered to be a most dangerous character. A further verdict was returned that eight aborigines were deliberate--Iy/\sftltM/v ir the deceased aborigine, .'Joe Wynne, and Nipper; The latter was committed for trial on a charge of wilful murder.
