Travellers report that complete anarchy reigns at Adrianople (Turkey).
Rome, March 27
A Sofia telegram states:—General Non der Goltz has arrived here. He admits that his mission to Turkey has ended, and that he foresaw the catastrophe of which the Turks are the victims.
London, March 27
Reuter’s Vienna correspondent reports that large numbers of German officers have returned from Constantinople. They report that the position of Turkey is desperate. The army has only a few days’ ammunition. The young Turks are against everybody, and divided among themselves.
