NEW SOUTH WALES MINERS.

The South Wales Miners’ Federation gives three months’ notice from April Ist to terminate the wages agreement in consonance with the national executive’s decision to seek a new wage standard on all the Brit'sli coalfields, increasing the 1879 standard by 50 per cent., and also to secure a lixed minimum wage of 7s a day for coalwinners, and the abolition of the maximum percentage. NEW SOUTH WALES LOAN. London, February 7. The New South Wales loan was largely over-subscribed. It is understood that the Stock Exchange committee was opposed to the New South Wales loan, but finally yielded to pressure.
