SEQUEL TO RAILWAY ACCIDENT. Per Press 'Association. Auckland, February •'{. As a sequel to, the coroner's finding in the inquest into the cause oi death of James Porter, as the result of a fall from a signal post at Helensville Harry Johnston, the man in charge of the gang of signal erectors at the time of the accident, has been charged with manslaughter. A remand was granted for a week, bail being fixed at £4O.
