DEMONSTRATION BEFORE THE KING AND QUEEN. (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright] [Dnitk«* Press Association.] (Received 9.45 a.m.) London, February 22. On Saturday evening the King and Queen, and the Prince of Wales visited His [Majesty’s Theatre and witnessed the play “The Darling of the Gods.” Three women in the stalls shouted “Votes for women.” They were ejected. The audience was indignant and cheered the Queen. MRS PANKHURST ACTIVE. (Received 9.15 a.m.) London, February 22. Mrs Pankhnrst made a three-quar-ters of an hour address to a large crowd in front of the balcony of her private house in Glebe Place. At the close of the address a party of women, ono resembling Mrs Pankhnrst, ran out and escaped after a scuffle. Detectives continue to guard Glebe Place.
