IN GERMANY AND FRANCE. [By Electric Telegraph—Copyright ' [United Fresh Association.] (Received S.o a.in.) Paris, February '2'2. Of tlie 723,000 men composing the French Army, 37,331 are m hospital. In a debate in the House of Deputies it was admitted that there was a lack of clothing, bedding, and heating apparatus in the barracks owing to the unexpected increase in the number of volunteers elected. Of 713,000 men in the German Army 17.010 are in hospital.
