Foul Murder.
WOLVERHAMPTON CRIME. A SYDNEYITE'S DEATH. [By Electric Telegraph—Copyright] [United Press Association.] (Received 9 a.m.) London, January 21. Thomas Reeks, a native of Sydney, a ship's engineer, was found in a disused pit near Wolverhampton with a hullet wound in his forehead and also bullet wounds in each eye. It is unknown whether it is a case of murder lor suicide. | THE RESULT OF INQUIRIES.

Reeks was fourth engineer aboard the steamer Secohia and was a stranger to Wolverhampton. On Saturday he had a wallet containing a hundred dollar bill and other bills, hut all are now missing.
Reeks was seen with another man at Liverpool on Monday night. Inquiries s,how that two respectably-dressed men entrained at Liverpool, arriving at Wolverhampton early on Tuesday. The,revolver has not been traced.
THE MYSTERY DEEPENS.
(Received 1.25 p.m.) London, January 21
Reeks recently arrived from Canada. He visited relatives at Swin ton and returned to Liverpool, remained a' week, and left on Monday to revisit his relatives, but he did not reach Swinton. It is supposed the body was conveyed to Ettingshall in a motor car. There were no bullet holes in the overcoat which was sovering the head.
