BOWLING.

THE STRATFORD CLUB. (By P. Steward.) The four rinks to represent the local Club against Eltham in the banner match on the local green to-morrow afternoon will be constituted as follows : —Brake, Sangster, Dingle, Wright [s) ; Reeve, Bickerton, Skoglund, Smart (s); Porritt, Edgecumbe, J. Masters, Morison (s); Jackson, Martin, McDonald, McMillan (s). Emergencies Curtis,' Munro and Fookc-s. Players are requested to be on the green at 2.30 sharp, when further rinks" will be selected for a match, Colts v. Old-'uns.

The Buttons competitions will be resumed on Monday evening, when No. I link plays 4, 3-5, 2-8, G-7. Play may start immediately after 5 p.m. with a pair, the other players to be taken in as they arrive on the green. Team selectors are specially requested to see that their rinks are notified so that players will know what team they are in and whom they play without having to seek the information on the green. At the tournament to be held at New Plymouth on the 27th, 28th and 29th of this month the three following rinks will represent Stratford : Porritt, McMillan, King, Smart (s) ; Pickerton, Jackson, Brake, Dingle (s); Martin, J. Masters, Sangster, Morison (s).
