The secretary of the Australasian Federation of Labor has received ~a •able from Mr Hickey, of the New Zealand Federation of Labor, stating hat fully 1000 men were victimised uid that the same number of miners were out.' The treasury was depleted, and he urgently appealed for funds. Circulars have been issued Lo Australian affiliated bodies to supoort the appeal.
