The decision of the New Watersides' Union to admit any person of >;ood character in accordance with the id vice of the labor Crown Law officers makes it certain that the ex-strik-ers will control the body within the next few days. The Union will probably contain 600 men shortly, 400 belonging to the old union. The exdo not appear to have been iggressive in word or action, but it is stated on good authority that a change of officers Will bn made this sveeJc. The present president and secretary were elected by nrbitrationists during the strike. , ,i .;
