WEATHER FORECAST.
The Government Meteorologist (Rev D. C. Bates) telegraphed this afternoon as follows: The indications are for variable to strong breezes, but southerly, moderate to strong prevailing. Weather cloudy to overcast and showery. The barometer has a rising tendency, but falling again after about 20 hours.
