HIS MAJESIYY'S PICTUKES
Last night the change of pictures met with great approval,, when the' aeries .presented proved high up in, che art'in kinematographq. The star feature, "The Heart of a Pierrot," introducing Asta Nielsen, the Sarah Bernhardt of Danish actresses, who ranks amongst the -best in representations of the present period. "Beau Brummel," a clever Vitagiaph-photo-play of the I'/'tli century, upholds the reputation of this celebrated standard.'' The tenderfoot comedy, Western drama, "Gaumont Graphic," "Over The Garden Wall," "The Life of a Squirrel," a colored Pathe film, is an interesting study of the life of a squirrel. Instead of only being able, as formerly, to study these curious little animals in captivity, we can now, by means of cinematography, see them in their natural surroundings. The programme is undoubtedly one of the first water. To-night the popular amateur comic song trials will take place, when both local and Eltham performers will come out for the big money prizes.
