Margaret Mitchell v. Robert Fairbairn, a claim of £l5O for breach of Ul agreement to purchase hotel premises.
(Before Judge alone). Patrick Harris/v. the T. L. Joll Cooperative Dairy Co., Ltd., a claim for £2-50 damages for polluting a stream, and an injunction. Official Assignee in bankruptcy of the property of James White Harding v*. Violet Stanislaus 'Harding, claim that article of settlement executed bv f. W. Harding and defendant agreeing that in consideration of their marriage certain properties should be transferred to the defendant, and the transfer of su'ch properties be declared fraudulent and void.
